Delivery

Local collectionif you live in the area local to Lincoln you may arrange to collect your goods if you prefer. Please ensure you leave us contact details such as a phone number or email address.

Post

  • We post all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 3 business days of the order date (excludes Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Postage prices are set at a standard £3.50
  • All our items are sent Special Delivery™ by Royal Mail.  This is to ensure adequate insurance coverage for the order. (£500 automatic compensation cover for loss or damage)
  • Our postage is calculated only for the United Kingdom.

HOWEVER – we will be happy to post to the EU or further afield. Please contact us via our form for more details as to the cost.

Returns:

  • If you want to return an item for a refund please contact us stating your reasons for requiring this.
  • Returned items must be received by BilleBug within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with original tags or a refund will not be given.
  • BilleBug reserves the right to refuse a refund if it is considered that the goods are in any way altered or damaged, or the request is unreasonable.
  • Unless goods are faulty, refunds will not include postage costs incurred for the garment’s return, these are the buyer’s responsibility.
    It is also the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a secure method of return, with proof of posting is used.
